Job Description	This role will be reporting directly to the General Manager and the right person will need to demonstrate that they have the experience of motivating, coaching and leading a team to achieve goals and deliver excellent customer service. They will be responsible for business development, formulating strategy and implementation. Will be required to review policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and bank standards. Should have good planning and organisation skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines. UK Comercial Lending a must. - To cultivate any new business opportunities and bring in revenue for the Bank - To maintain and develop business relationship with existing and prospective customers - To monitor designated accounts portfolio for managing the overall credit risks - Provide coaching for subordinates through on job training - To promote and enhance the Bank's reputation - To oversee the TF operation - Counter check and authorise bills related transactions - Provide coaching for subordinates through on job training - To develop new business opportunity and contacts - To build and maintain close business relationship with the designated customers with a view to fulfil the 'know your customer' requirement - To submit customer's credit facility proposal in a timely manner and coordinate the facility drawdown process with all concerned parties - To establish good working relationship with other counterparties / intermediaries, eg broker, solicitor, accountant, valuer and overseas colleagues etc - To prepare regular credit reviews on customer's account - To monitor and control designated account's irregular performance in accordance to the bank's guideline - To keep abreast with the current banking regulation, the Bank's lending policy and latest market condition - To provide coaching for all subordinates through on job training -To provide support and cover for other business managers/officers when they are off - To oversee all TFD activities and its performance; - To monitor the quality and quantity of with a view to maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness - To provide coaching for subordinates - Good knowledge of UK banking practice and relevant regulation - Familiar with the Chinese niche market as most of our customers coming from Chinese community - English and Chinese language skills
